2. Conference Registration

Registration for the conference is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse registration or revoke access at our discretion.

3. Speaking Proposals

Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a speaking slot. Our program committee reviews every submission and its decision is final. By submitting, you confirm you hold the rights to the material you propose to present, and you grant us permission to publish your name, headshot, and talk details on this site and in conference marketing if your talk is selected.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content presented at the conference, including presentations, materials, and recordings, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of the respective speakers or the conference organizers.

6. Limitation of Liability

The AI Agents Conference and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or inability to attend the conference.
